Book An Appointment
Choose the appointment that matches what you need. A $20 deposit is taken at booking and comes off your final fee. After booking, we email you an intake form — complete it and upload your documents at least 48 hours before your appointment so we can review them in advance.
Ontario In-Person
A copy proved against an original, a signature witnessed and sealed, or anything an institution has told you to have “notarized.” Bring your originals and photo ID.
Ontario Remote
Swearing or affirming that something is true — affidavits, statutory declarations, and oaths. Available anywhere in Ontario.

- Attend with two pieces of ID, plus originals if coming in person.
